r_wiltz.jpgDr. Wiltz received his doctorate in psychology from the American University in Washington D.C. and has been involved in the evaluation and treatment of mental health and substance abuse problems in adolescents, adults, and families for over 30 years.

He was Director of the Eating Disorders Program at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois for 8 years, and was Clinical Director at North Central Behavioral Health Systems in LaSalle, IL before joining the staff at IPD. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He is also active as a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer with the American Red Cross.

His areas of expertise include cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies and a variety of Eastern and Western stress management techniques. Dr. Wiltz joined the staff in January 2005. Dr. Wiltz sees patients in the Morris IPD location.
